We want to help you get logged in so if you have forgotten your customer number, PIN or password for Online Banking the following information will help.
Find your customer number
Your customer number starts with your date of birth (DDMMYY), followed by up to 4 digits, given to you when you enrolled for Online Banking or Telephone Banking.
Top tip - If you use our Mobile banking app, you can find your customer number in the ‘More…’ tab.
Forgotten customer number help:
I know my debit or credit card details
I know my sort code and account number
I don't know these details
PIN and/or password reset
If you still can't recall your details, you can reset them simply by re-registering.
