Your PIN

This is the four-digit number that you chose when you registered for online banking. It's a separate number from the PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you use to get money out of cash machines or ATMs. Please remember that you will use this PIN with both online banking and Telephone Banking.

If you've forgotten the number, you can call the online banking help desk.

Customers using assistive technologies, e.g. Screen Readers

These following instructions are for users who have trouble reading text and so have the text on the site read aloud to them by assistive technology, such as a screen reader.

Once you've logged in to online banking, we will automatically log you out and refresh your screen if you don't click on anything for more than ten minutes. This is to make sure that nobody else can see your details or make transactions.

If you're using assistive technology, you may want to choose the option of not having your screen refreshed. We will still automatically log you out. If you leave your computer, you should close your browser window.
