If you have forgotten your Customer Number, your PIN and/or your password, the following will assist you to log back on to the service.
Your Customer Number starts with your date of birth, followed by up to 4 digits, given to you when you enrolled for Online Banking or Telephone Banking.
PIN and/or password
Your PIN is the four-digit number chosen by you when you registered for Online Banking or Telephone Banking. It may be a different number from the PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you use at cash machines or ATMs.
Your password is the one you chose when you registered for Online Banking or Telephone Banking. It has between six and twenty characters, and may contain both letters and numbers.

If you still can't recall your Customer Number or PIN and/or password, you will be able to regain access to the service by answering a few simple questions and you may be able to use the service immediately.
